What is the magic behind building a great team?

A study at Google found the importance of being nice. Teams can function well when people feel ‘‘psychologically safe’’ – know that they can be free enough to share the things that scare them without fear of recriminations. People must be able to talk about what is messy or sad, to have hard conversations with colleagues who are driving them crazy. Team can’t be focused just on efficiency.

Even in uncomfortable situations, you should be able to express it, and the team and you should help one another solving things that bug you.
